At ListenUp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your electronics within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ListenUp account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
